Once your application is reviewed, we schedule a FaceTime call to ensure alignment and answer your questions. If we mutually decide to move forward, a deposit secures your placement and we begin planning your puppy’s go-home timeline. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.

Puppies receive regular vet care, vaccines, and deworming before they go home. We don't offer open visits in the early weeks. Young puppies are vulnerable to stress and infection, and keeping their environment calm is part of raising them right. What we do instead is share regular photos, videos, and updates so you're connected to their development from the start. You'll watch your puppy grow from day one without ever having to leave your couch.

Yes, there is a waitlist. Puppy selection follows the order of deposits received — when a litter arrives, families choose their puppies based on when their deposit was placed. Once puppies are 3 weeks old, we reach out via phone, text, and email to begin selections.
